Hernandez: Kudos to hockey coaches

This is a FYI that kudos are due to our coaches and our director of Aspen Junior Hockey.

The Summit Hockey team was in town for games this past weekend against our Aspen U10 team. Summit was short players, so several Aspen players were asked by the coaches to play for Summit. The Aspen players were happy to oblige.

This note was sent to the Aspen coaches from the Summit coaches:

“Tell your coaches and whole team thanks for making the games so fun and playing with heart no matter what side they were skating for. Your team is amazing, and your sportsmanship is even more impressive. Your coaches and parents are doing a great job helping to create outstanding humans.”
