Heiber: Campo de Fiori is Aspen’s treat

Congratulations to Elizabeth Plotke Hall on the 30th Anniversary of Campo di Fiori and to Sarah Girgis for her article on the evolution of one of Aspen’s most beloved restaurants. Hall could certainly teach a masters class on the fundamentals of running a successful business. And like all good executives, she attributes the success to her long-time loyal staff. No doubt that is true, but it starts at the top. As a frequent visitor to Aspen, no trip is complete without dinner at Campo Di Fiore, a true Aspen treasure.
