Emmer: Enough is enough

If privately-owned gas stations sold regular for $4 and the city opened a station selling it for $2.50, how much gas would the city need to satisfy demand? An infinite amount. People would come up from Rifle and Glenwood to fill their tanks.

If the city offers housing at 65% of the market rate, how much would it need?

That’s why the city council can’t tell when enough is enough.
