Aspen City Council, did that go about as planned? All six demo permits went to one planning firm?

I guess it should be called “the planning firm monopoly ordinance.” Or “the ordinance requiring 166 years to update the free-market residences in Aspen.”

But no limit on subsidized housing. No, no, no.
