Sandra Williams

Sandra Williams, who established and ran Sandy’s Office Supply in Aspen, died Monday, May 17, after a brief illness. She was 66.

Williams was a longtime resident of Aspen and Naples, Fla. She was born in Chicago on April 29, 1938, daughter of Frank and Jessie Williams, and spent her early years in Iowa City, Iowa.

Williams was an accomplished musician, specializing in the flute, as well as a local businesswoman.

She is survived by her brother, Harland “Butch” Weber and his wife, Edie, of Phillips, Wis., as well as her caregivers and good friends, Libby and Jay Shelton of Naples, Fla.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Williams’ memory to either The Cradle, 2049 Ridge Ave., Evanston, Ill., 60201; or to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, 1440 W. Washington Blvd., Chicago, Ill., 60607.
