Brian passed away after a courageous battle fighting pancreatic cancer just two days shy of his 70th birthday. Brian was born on September 6, 1954 to Raymond and Marie (Shipe) Boyer and was raised in Bernville, PA. He attended Tulpehocken High School and Pennsylvania State University. Brian moved to Aspen, CO in the 1970s and found his passion in downhill skiing.

Brian is survived by his wife, Lisa J. Klonoski. They spent almost 25 happy years together, mostly in Bend, OR, downhill and x-country skiing, mountain biking and hiking. He was married to Leslie Hineline Boyer for almost 12 years and has 2 surviving daughters, Sara Boyer Thanh and Christen Boyer. He is also survived by son-in-law, Chanthan Thanh, and 2 granddaughters, Aspen Rose Willison and MaeriJane Moon Thanh, and many cousins. He was so loved by his family. He shared his passion for nature and outdoor activities with his daughters.

Brian was a heavy equipment and snowcat operator for many years and enjoyed the landscaping and irrigation industry.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Humane Society or to the Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research in his name.
