Yoga event rocks
The Yoga Rocks Festival this past weekend was fantastic!
Josh Behrman and Vanessa Adam at Mountain Groove Productions did an excellent job of bringing in superb teachers from around the country. Each one had their own unique method of teaching with their own special message to impart. I wish I could have attended every class to experience all the teachers, but with three classes running concurrently, I had to miss some valuable instruction. “Dancing Between Heaven and Earth” blindfolded is a session I will never forget! Thank you, Christopher Campbell!
The Viceroy Hotel was the perfect setting. The rooms were large and clean, and the staff is well trained to be extremely accommodating.
I know there were several events happening over the weekend, but I was very surprised how few Aspen yogis and yoginis attended. Denver and Boulder were very well represented. Believe me, it was worth making the 15-minute drive to Snowmass Village to partake in such a wonderful celebration.
Many thanks to Josh, Vanessa, all the teachers who participated, the Shakti Foundation, Aaron King and the Viceroy Hotel! I appreciate all of your efforts to make this event such a success. It was an invigorating, enriching weekend for all of us who attended!
