Wisconsin governor coming to Aspen

ASPEN – Gov. Scott Walker, of Wisconsin, will deliver the keynote speech at the annual Pitkin County Republicans Lincoln Day Dinner on July 31 at the Hotel Jerome.

The event will begin with cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and a silent auction starting at 4:30 p.m. The governor will speak at approximately 5:30 p.m. Dinner and a live auction will follow at approximately 7 p.m., with Republican candidates up for election in November and other notables delivering brief remarks.

Tickets for the event are $125 per person for general-admission seating, $250 per person for VIP seating and $3,500 per couple for event sponsors. Event sponsors can have their pictures taken with Walker and will receive special recognition in the program, together with 10 VIP seats for the keynote speech and dinner. A limited number of seats will be available at discounted prices for students.
