“Wildwood Inn Building on 91 unit addition” announced in The Aspen Times on April 24, 1969. “Accommodations for 565 will be available at the Wildwood Inn on the completion of the 91 unit addition started last week. Located in West Village at Snowmass-at-Aspen, the Inn is owned by Robert Harris, Robert Gile, Jr., and Guy Osborn, Jr., all of Minnesota. According to manager Will Speer, the 36,000 square foot addition designed by architect Fritz Benedict will feature two-room suites, penthouses and over 5500 square feet of public areas including two lobbies, a breakfast room, a bar and a large convention area.”
