Who really cares?
Dear Editor:In reference to your article: “VP’s wife sidesteps politics” (Aug. 17):If Dick Cheney had just a little more charisma and personality he might qualify for a job as an accountant or even something exciting like mortuary work. In reference to his wife Lynne Cheney: If Lynne gave a talk in the forest, but no one came to hear it, did she really give a talk?I think she should stay home in Washington and attend to her husband’s weak heart, unique hunting style, and continued ratings decline. In my opinion Lynne Cheney has nothing of importance to say to the intelligent and conscious citizens here in Aspen. Who really cares about anything that she has to say?Scott CourtsAspen/Santa Barbara
