Who is really calling the shots?

(Editor’s note: This letter was originally addressed to “Mr. President.”)Dear Editor:You told us that you were the “decider.” You think that Scooter Libby’s sentence was too harsh and so Mr. Libby will not be going to jail. This makes me think that Dick Cheney is the “decider” and that you just do what he tells you to do.I am very disappointed that you commuted Mr. Libby’s jail sentence, but I am not surprised. I also will not be surprised if you pardon Mr. Libby at the end of your term as president.As for the fine Mr. Libby will have to pay, well maybe Mr. Cheney will pay it for him since he is such a loyal friend.Thank you for your time.Janice SchwenerRifle
