Who is above the law?

Dear Editor:Prosecutor Tony Hershey recently stated in the criminal case against a homeless women for sleeping on open space, “She’s not above the law. No one’s above the law.”However, on the nearby Hunter Creek PUD open space, the city of Aspen has looked the other way and not stopped a developer from illegally constructing two residences on open space, which he doesn’t even own.The ends of justice in our town are sometimes difficult to understand.Bob Nix Sr.Aspen
