• A $24 million home sale was recorded late last week by the Clerk and Recorder’s Office, but only the price was revealed. However, broker Chris Klug, in a newsletter issued Friday, said the property was located at 720 Willoughby Way “and is going to be re-listed north of $30 million.” Klug’s newsletter also noted a Dancing Bear penthouse is under contract for $15 million.
