Erik and Summer Berg have run the Aspen branch of the Europe-based Engel & Völkers since December 2015 after merging with Portfolio Aspen Properties. Engel & Völkers will continue to operate from its Aspen office, as well.

Stacey Craft founded Happy Real Estate in 2013.

“As a result of this newest merger, Engel & Völkers’ dynamic regional team has expanded to include over 20 advisers and counting,” according to an announcement of the merger.
