Engel & Völkers Aspen and Happy Real Estate have combined forces to form Engel & Völkers Roaring Fork.
The new firm will be located at 175 Midland Ave. in Basalt, the former location of Happy Real Estate.
Erik and Summer Berg have run the Aspen branch of the Europe-based Engel & Völkers since December 2015 after merging with Portfolio Aspen Properties. Engel & Völkers will continue to operate from its Aspen office, as well.
Stacey Craft founded Happy Real Estate in 2013.
“As a result of this newest merger, Engel & Völkers’ dynamic regional team has expanded to include over 20 advisers and counting,” according to an announcement of the merger.
