What a show

Dear Editor:

Putting on an event the day after Halloween has its inherent challenges. The Wheeler Opera House had a two-thirds house because of a lot of help from media of all types.

First of all, I would like to thank the Wheeler for having the courage to produce Tinariwen and Vieux Farka Toure on that day. But I would like to thank The Aspen Times, KAJX, KSNO, KUUR, KDNK, Project West and many others in the media. I think we were all rewarded with an extraordinary concert in that beautiful setting, the Wheeler.

More than five people told me it was the best concert they have ever seen at that venue. Once again, thank you to everyone involved.
