What a shame

Dear Editor:

Using the U.S. Postal Service, I sent an anniversary card to my parents who have been married 56 years.

In this card was a gift card for $25 to Red Lobster so they could go out to lunch and a gift card of $50 for Wal-Mart to buy necessities. They received my beautiful daughter/parents anniversary card, but the card had been opened and retaped minus the gift cards.

What is this world coming to? I am so disappointed in humanity.
