What a fair!
This heartfelt thanks goes out to all who helped with the sixth annual Western Slope College Fair. The turnout was amazing! From over 212 college representatives, 1,500 kids, 500 parents and over 100 volunteers – what an incredible event! This could have never happened without our own Dr. Kathy Klug and her “super crew.”
To be able to offer such fantastic opportunities to our young people on the entire Western Slope is such a gift. There were buses of kids coming from as far away as Olathe and Grand Junction, all hosted at our beautiful Aspen High School which looked incredibly gorgeous that day … thanks to all the volunteers.
If you’ve never attended the event, put it on your “must do” list! If you don’t have a student that needs to attend, think about volunteering. It is a rewarding day and you’ll be thankful to see our community, once again, come together in fantastic support!
