We’re not that divided
Dear Editor:
A few loud voices on any specific issue does not constitute a “maelstrom of public outcry” (“Willits group gets separate reviews,” Nov. 14). What drama. “Monstrosity” ” what exaggeration.
I suppose that the unincorporated area of El Jebel was not enough of a monstrosity until the classic definition of suburban sprawl called Blue Lake was approved by Eagle County and started the whole domino effect we now see. Oh, by the way ” Eagle County also approved the existing City Market-Kroger complex.
I do not have the same sense of the level of divisiveness that apparently exists in our “small town.” I guess I am too busy making a living and trying to figure how my children might be able to live here someday.
