Weekly Journal – Week commencing Mar 21
I just bought a ticket to go visit Australia (and friends in New Zealand along the way) and it feels VERY strange. Reason being that I came to America in 1992 and did not return to my homeland australia for almost 10 years, then went there for nearly two years and only returned to America a mere 9 weeks ago and here I am already going back to Oz for a month.
It just feels very strange!
Part of it is also that i am very much connecting of late – again – with what a strange and amazing world we are all creating… one very different from the one i was born into. I just bought my dream computer – a Mac 17 inch G4 Powerbook that does everything except cook me toast in the morning (at least I have not found out how to get it to do so yet… maybe it can – it would hardly surprise me given what else it can do!) and it occurs to me that it is a wild world when you can effectively sit in the Amazon jungle with a small package on your knee that allows you to talk with the world.
And it is definitely strange to be going back and forth from the energy of Australia to the energy of America so frequently. It is like time and space travel combined. Such different countries and cultures and realities.
So no real point or message this week…. just sharing my strangeness and hoping you are enjoying yours! 🙂
