Last week’s question — “If another fast-food restaurant is to replace McDonald’s, which would you prefer?” — didn’t get much love for a successor to the hamburger giant.
Of the 1,529 responses, 763, or 49.9 percent, said they don’t want another fast-food joint in Aspen. Chipotle collected 285 votes, or 18.6 percent. Next was Chick-fil-A with 270 responses, or 17.7 percent. Taco Bell reeled in 119 votes, or 7.8 percent. Wendy’s held up the rear with 92 responses, or 6 percent.
