Watch out for Frommer

Dear Editor:Let me begin with this statement: If Peter Frommer (“Judge assigns public defender to fraud suspect,” April 3) can get big-time Beverly Hills attorney, novelist and resident Robert K. Tanenbaum to join his California legal team, he will shake the legal rafters. Tanenbaum has never lost a felony case yet.I first met Robert K. Tanenbaum in early 1986 and watched his election to the Beverly Hills City Council, from whence he became the mayor of Beverly Hills. As for Peter Frommer, as he still wows the Aspen press, I doubt if he can get a fair trial in his present venue. When one reads the newspapers, one begins to realize Aspen may be more of an outlaw hang-out than the hole in the wall of yesteryear. If Peter Frommer prevails in this Aspen episode of his life, then he may become the one Providence elects to help me see others as they really are behind their veils or masks they wear as I conquer the business world like J. Paul Getty to make my United States Securities and Exchange Commission testifying manifest at long last.Peter Frommer’s court appointed attorney seems pretty sharp. May be he is a “Philadelphia lawyer” which will be very good for Peter Frommer. In closing, there are other Peter Frommers living. They are involved with law, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, etc. They are men of distinction. So be careful what you say about Peter Frommer.Emzy Veazy III, Esq.Aspen
