Voting for Best Of Aspen, Snowmass & Basalt is now open
Vote for your favorites from now through Oct. 3
The Aspen Times Publisher
The Aspen Times’ annual contest needs you! It is time to vote for your favorite businesses in Aspen, Snowmass, and Basalt from now through Oct. 3.
Have a favorite place to grab a burger or get your bike fixed? How about your go-to après ski spot or the best place to catch a game? Who do you see to fix your bum knee or bad back? Where do you take guests for dinner or get your oil changed? We want your answers because locals know best.
Following the nomination period earlier this month, which brought in 1,901 nominations, it’s time to vote. You may vote once per category per day. If you prefer a limitless outlook on life, you may vote in every category for every day that voting is open. Whichever way you look at it, your vote matters.
New for this year, if your favorite business is nominated in more than one category, all its nominations are listed on one page, making it easy for you to vote in every category at one time.
You can find the ballot guide inserted in today’s paper. We have five different groups with 124 categories, each with a minimum of five nominees. Based upon your feedback, we added several new categories for this year, including Nurse, Farm Market Vendor, Party Services, and Artisan Garden Services.
For businesses who want to encourage voters, you can download the official Best Of assets at aspentimes.com/bestof2024/. You can also download your very own QR code from your dedicated voting page on the same site.
QR codes can be used in multiple ways:
- Include it on a sign on your business door, by the cash register, or on tables.
- Use in print ads in The Aspen Times.
To promote on digital channels, share the unique URL for a direct click to your voting page. You can also drum up voters digitally via email, social media, and more — we know this isn’t your first election season.
All winners will be revealed in December in the Best Of Aspen, Snowmass & Basalt magazine, and will also be listed on our website. Save the date for the Best Of party happening Thursday, Dec. 5. Awards carry through the rest of this year and 2025, until we start the process again around Labor Day. Wishing all the nominees good luck and may the Best win!
