Volunteers needed for Cathedral, Electric trails clean-up

Roaring Fork Outdoor Volunteers will host a weekend of camping and trail restoration on the Cathedral Lake and Electric Pass trails on Aug. 28, 29 and 30.

Volunteers will hike up to meet at a backcountry camp near Cathedral Lake on the evening of Aug. 28. They will spend the weekend repairing damage to two scenic trails and will hike out on Aug. 30 after work has been completed.

All meals, water and sanitation supplies will be supplied at the campsite. Volunteers just need to bring camping gear and clothing.

Participants have the option of volunteering and camping the entire weekend or just a portion of it.
