Volunteer coaches rock!
Dear Editor:The Basalt Recreation Department would like to extend a sincere thank you to the volunteer coaches for our 2005 Instructional League Basketball. These volunteers dedicate many tireless hours teaching the players teamwork and sportsmanship. The skill level for each team had a noticeable improvement from the beginning of the season. We are fortunate to have such a talented group of people in our community.
