Aspen, CO Colorado

ASPEN – The Valley Veterans Parade Committee is encouraging all U.S. military veterans, reservists and active-duty soldiers to march in Aspen’s Fourth of July parade. The veterans’ contingent, an annual part of the holiday parade, will serve as a tribute to the men and women who have served our country in war and peace.

Veterans should meet on Main Street near Paepcke Park by 11:15 a.m. on Sunday, July 4. Refreshments will be provided by Design Workshop from 10:30 a.m. to noon.

For more information or to secure a branch/unit placard to carry, call Hugh Roberts at 927-4194 or Sally Glenn at 948-8728. For rides and vehicles, call Peter Hoffman at 379-1371.
