True elitism

Dear Editor:

You can be elitist too, writes Ed Quillen (Aspen Times Weekly, April 27). Right. Let’s remember that Hillary Rodham chose to become an elite by going to Wellesley and Yale Law School because “only by marching through America’s elite institutions could she achieve real power and change the system from within.” Ms. Rodham had a reverend who gave her a subscription to a radical left-wing publication. Young Hillary also volunteered to help the Panther’s legal team “when its ‘chairman’ Bobby Seal was in court for murder.” Quotes from Jonah Goldberg in his book “Liberal Fascism.”

Only journalists with bad memories could fail to compare Hillary’s history to Mr. Obama’s problems with his reverend, his elitist remark and his association with a violent, left- wing radical. And it appears that most everybody in America has cognitive difficulties with the written record.
