Transitions: Terwilliger, Stoeberl engaged

Miranda Terwilliger and Todd Stoeberl, both of Copper Center, Alaska, have announced their engagement.

Parents of the couple are Anna Naeser and Gerald Terwilliger of Basalt, and John and Lynda Stoeberl of Rice Lake, Wis.

Miranda is a graduate of Colorado Rocky Mountain School in Carbondale and Humboldt State University in California. She has an MS in wildlife biology from the University of Alaska at Fairbanks.



Todd is a graduate of Rice High School and holds a BS in Resource Management from The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

They met at Wrangell-St. Elias National Park and Preserve, where she is an ecologist and he is a park ranger.




A Sept. 18 wedding is planned at Majestic Valley Lodge in Alaska.
