Toss of the dice successful

Dear Editor:I am writing on behalf of the Aspen Art Museum trustees, National Council and staff to thank everyone at the Aspen Skiing Co., Pitkin County, the city of Aspen, and all of our volunteers for their support and assistance with making our Mt. 66 giant dice toss such a fabulous success on Sunday. From Skico, Hans Hohl, manager of Buttermilk Mountain; Henrietta Oliver, Bumps restaurant manager and executive chef; Ryan Miller, events marketing manager; Kristin Rust, director of public relations; and Jeff Hanle, senior communications manager, were particularly helpful with getting the word out and making our dice toss and party at Bumps run smoothly. We thank all of the Skico employees and ski ambassadors for their participation and their help with gathering a great crowd. As always, we very much appreciate the volunteers who help our events run smoothly. To the kids who participated in our Snow Cactus Sculpture Festival on Saturday and Mt. 66 on Sunday, you made these events fantastic. Once again, many thanks to everyone, and we hope to see you at the museum soon and often. Heidi Zuckerman Jacobsondirector/chief curatorAspen Art Museum
