Toad The Wet Sprocket, the band set to play at the Wheeler Opera House tonight, announced Sunday morning that the show is canceled. In an update sent out by the City of Aspen, the cancelation was a results of “past and coming snow storms and CDOT’s enforcement of the chain laws for travel over passes.”

“We regret this and any inconvenience for ticket holders; refunds will be issued as quickly as possible,” the statement said. “This is the first cancellation the band has ever had to do in 25 years together, so please know that all parties worked hard to rescue the date.”
