Dear Editor:As another Food & Wine Classic has come to a close I wanted to extend my sincere appreciation to the entire Aspen community for making this year’s weekend another success. It was such a delight to see our town bustling, the airport busy with an influx of tourists, and our restaurants’ patios overflowing with smiling faces. The atmosphere in town during the Food & Wine Classic was quintessential summertime in Aspen. Among the many businesses and individuals that contributed to this year’s F&W, I would like to highlight Food & Wine Magazine, the city of Aspen, and the countless local volunteers for making the Classic so fun.
