Time to cut off Comcast?
This recent conflict with Comcast is just another example of a monopoly ignoring the needs of its clients.
I want to know why the city and county continues to renew a contract for services with a company that doesn’t care about the community. Over the past few years, Comcast’s services have been marked by increasing costs, reduced service and an arrogant attitude toward the needs of its subscribers.
I do not know when their contract is up for renewal, but we should rise up and declare that we have had enough of this behavior. Our elected officials must take a stronger stand on what Comcast should be providing its customers; otherwise let’s find someone else.
