Thursday deadline for election letters
Dear readers:
With the Nov. 6 Election Day fast approaching, we are seeing a significant spike in the number of letters to the editor. We appreciate that readers are as passionate as they are about local, state and national politics. We also would like to publish as many of these opinions as possible; however, we simply don’t have the space to run all of these letters by Nov. 5, the last day we publish letters regarding the Nov. 6 election.
As such, we have set noon Thursday as the deadline to submit letters regarding the election. Any letters submitted after the deadline will not be published. Thanks for your consideration.
