Throw the book at him

Dear Editor:

If drunken “B” actor Charlie Sheen doesn’t want a media event and a circus at his hearing next week, then he needs to reconsider his proclivities for drinking, drugging and domestic violence.

I’m all for a huge circus that exposes this guy’s violent and irresponsible behavior. Hopefully, if found guilty he’ll get to spend an appropriate amount of time behind bars. Unfortunately, I’m sure he and his legal representatives will game the system, and get off with a small fine and a hand slap. I urge Aspen’s judicial system to go for the jugular. I urge the judge to allow a Denver television station to film next week’s hearing in Aspen, not because it might “increase the circus-like atmosphere” of the case, but it will definitely expose the truth about Charlie Sheen.
