Thrift Shop provides boost to WC3

Dear Editor:

The board and staff at the Woody Creek Community Center (WC3) would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to The Thrift Shop of Aspen for their generous support of WC3.

With the support from the Thrift Shop, WC3 is able to fulfill our mission, which is to provide opportunities to forge the bonds of a strong and vibrant community. We accomplish this by offering our space to local nonprofits as a meeting space, providing a gallery for local artists, offering a free monthly neighborhood health and wellness clinic, and by hosting a plethora of public, educational, informational, and super fun events! In addition, WC3 operates a gem of a cafe that entices people in with its delicious food and welcoming atmosphere.

The Thrift Shop of Aspen is one of the largest contributors to nonprofit organizations in the Roaring Fork Valley. It contributes to the arts, education, the environment, community needs and youth activities.

With our deepest gratitude to the Thrift Shop of Aspen for recognizing our important place within our community and the people we serve.
