Three busted for cocaine in El Jebel

Aspen, CO Colorado

EL JEBEL ” Three people were arrested for alleged possession and distribution of cocaine in El Jebel Thursday, according to the Eagle County Sheriff’s Office.

Shawn David Mikulyuk, 20, of El Jebel; Braden Kahn, 23, of Glenwood Springs; and a 16-year-old female from Basalt were taken into custody after an undercover detective from the Eagle County Drug Task Force purchased two ounces of cocaine valued at $2,400, the sheriff’s office said. The Basalt Police Department assisted in the arrest.

The Task Force is investigating the source of supply for the cocaine and further arrests are possible, the sheriff’s office said.

Mikulyuk and Kahn were booked into the Eagle County jail on a $50,000 bond. The juvenile was released to her parents after her arrest.
