Theatre Aspen now on sale
Theatre Aspen season passes for the upcoming summer are now on sale.
A variety of passes are available, including specially priced preview passes and the Local’s Pass for valley residents, offered through June 5.
Passes are on sale for as low as $80 for the Preview Pass. Single tickets will be available May 15. Passes are available at TAtix.co and complete schedules and pricing can be found at theatreaspen.org. The season opens with previews beginning June 24.
This summer’s productions include Carbonell Award winner and Theatre Aspen’s Mark Martino’s directing and choreographing of “Hairspray.” The musical will run in repertory through Aug. 19.
The season also features “Sex with Strangers” directed by Denver-based Christy Montour-Larson. The show runs from July 6 through Aug. 12.
The Theatre for Young Audience series opens in July with “The World According to Snoopy.” The new musical opens July 13 and plays through Aug. 15
Theatre Aspen’s 3rd annual Aspen Theatre Festival takes place from Sept. 8-16 at various locations, with final presentations at the Wheeler Opera House. The festival lineup and casting will be announced later in the spring.
