Theatre Aspen gives locals a pass

ASPEN ” Theatre Aspen is offering residents of the Roaring Fork Valley discounted tickets to the three feature presentations in its upcoming summer season for a limited time.
Tickets are available for $30 apiece, a $10 discount from the regular $40 price, at Aspen Show Tickets at the Wheeler Opera House box office through Thursday, June 5 only.
Theatre Aspen’s 2008 season runs June 26-Aug. 23, and includes three feature presentations: the comedy-horror musical “Little Shop of Horrors” (opening June 26); “Rounding Third,” a comedy about two mismatched Little League coaches (July 10); and “Crimes of the Heart,” a drama about three sisters gathering in Mississippi after a family crisis (July 24).
The season also includes the family presentation “Seussical,” a musical built on the stories, characters and art of the late Dr. Seuss.
