The wrong consultant

Dear Editor:The Aspen City Community Development Department has hired a consultant for advice on how our town should be developed in the future. This consultant is the same land planner who was involved in the Hunter Creek land grab which our City Attorney has advised the City Council is a “mess” and “the City is probably going to get brought before the court.”With all the highly qualified experts available, why would the city give taxpayer dollars and seek advice about our future from a person whose prior expertise may involve the city in a lawsuit?Bob NixAspen
