The wheels of misjustice

Dear Editor:

I heard someone on the news describe the “Occupy Wall Street” movement as “un-American.”

I think throwing someone in jail for giving people free rides in his private car, and accepting tips for it, is not only “un-American,” but may also constitute “illegal selective prosecution.” Local free-shuttle drivers have been accepting tips for years, and I’ve never heard of one being busted or even investigated by the state of Colorado.

Of course, these free-shuttle drivers drive for hotels, lodges and such, unlike Philip Sullivan.
