The voters have spoken

Dear Editor:

Almost two-thirds of Aspen voters do not want the art museum built on the site near the Pitkin County Courthouse. Please, at least be a gracious loser and drop it. You and your group have already wasted enough of our time and money.

At the voters’ mandate the City Council has been told not to waste anymore of its time, effort or energy on the museum. The money you overspent on the election would have been better used on your current location. Aspen voters are not dumb; we know the earth is round. Please wake up.
