The Food & Wine Classic is this weekend. What is your favorite alcoholic beverage, and why?
I don’t drink [and she’s not attending the Classic, either!].
I like Grand Marnier and I like red wine. I’ve used wine to cook and to drink with dinner, and I like Grand Marnier with dessert.
My favorite kind of alcoholic beverage, I would have to say, would be vodka … because it goes straight to the head.
It’s according to what I’m eating. I prefer white wine with seafood, red wine with beef; I like cosmo cocktails because they’re not too sweet.
I really haven’t found an alcoholic beverage that disagrees with me, but if I had to choose it would be a strawberry mojito for me. It reminds me of spring break, senior year in college in Miami.
I don’t know – there’s too many to choose from. It depends on the time of day.
I’d have to say Jägermeister, because seven years ago I became allergic to wine, and I can only drink hard liquor.
Generally, I would say a good bottle of pinot noir. It goes well with chocolate.
