The drive never ever gets old

Thanks for printing such a thoughtful and illuminating feature story on the saga of Glenwood Canyon (“Completion of ‘Final Link’ comes up on 20 years,” Sept. 16, The Aspen Times). It was like taking a trip down memory lane.

I thought John Stroud did a great job. I had no idea Cottonwood Pass was an early alternate, and it was nice to know that some of the stars of the project are still around. It is still an amazing road trip every time.
