The comic cure

Dear Editor:

Tip of the hat and a big standing-O to Gram Slaton at the Wheeler, Will Rogers from Rooftop Comedy and all of their respective staffs for putting together a thoroughly enjoyable and side-splitting comedy festival last weekend.

For stand-up purists, it was a delight. For aspiring comics, it was a clinic. And for Aspen, it was more proof that the town embraces the craft and the artists embrace the venue. I have no doubt Rooftop will be back (as soon as they catch their breath). Thanks, comics! Thanks, Gram. Laughter truly is the best medicine ” thanks again for the overdose.
