The case of the ‘architect’ continues
Dear Editor: The Colorado State Board of Architects is charged with enforcing Colorado Revised Statutes regarding architectural practice. A single summary judgment by a District Court judge does not overrule all applications of a state statute. We should all expect to hear more regarding Jack Johnson’s case of “free speech.”If I were a law school graduate but had not passed the bar exam, would that same court allow myself to say, “I am an attorney,” or rather what is more commonly stated, a law school graduate? Longhorn seniors clear final hurdles to graduate from Basalt High School
Andrew Huntsman and Ralph Smalley were chosen by the seniors to give the class address during Basalt High School’s graduation ceremony on Saturday. This had the two BHS teachers questioning the legitimacy of those diplomas they were about to hand out.
