ASPEN The Delice Building in downtown Aspen recently fetched $4.8 million from a Grand Junction buyer, jumping in price by more than $2 million in less than two years.Worth noting: The building was remodeled in 2004. Local eatery New York Pizza and Billabong, a national retailer, have long-term leases. The seller bought the building on Aug. 31, 2005, for $2.75 million.
