The Aspen Times warp

Dear Editor:Paepcke began planning to save Aspen back in the 1940s. Problems with traffic, parking, land use, housing, budget priorities and intergovernmental consolidation have yet to be solved. Over 50 years of public meetings, news articles and local elections have been wasted. The beat goes on and on and on some more. The Aspen Times is trapped in a time warp.KNCB MooreSanta Barbara, Calif.
