Thanksjibbing results
Parker Norvell took first place for skiers at Thanksjibbing in Snowmass Base Village Friday. Connor Marx took home first place at the event for snowboarders. The invitation-only rail jam consisted of a 45-minute jam session with both skiers and snowboarders, followed by a 20-minute final. The Aspen Snowmass terrain park crew created rails and other features, leaving the athletes endless opportunities to jib.
Plenty of fun and excitement filled base village throughout the afternoon with kid’s activities, turkey bowling, a restaurant leftover challenge and a DJ keeping the energy of the crowd high while spinning the latest tunes.
