Thanks to you, and shame on you
This letter is to express our genuine thanks to friends and family in the Roaring Fork Valley for your loving support and prayers for our son, Josh Theken.
Also, thank you to Dr. Steve Ayers at Aspen Valley Hospital for completing a precise and accurate exam. It is unfortunate that Detective Jim Crowley does not posses the same investigative skills and chose to ignore the evidence and physician’s statement in proceeding with this case.
Shame on [the accuser] for attempting to cloud a young man’s reputation and perhaps forever change his life. [She] declined to testify or cooperate in the case because she knew her claim was not honest.
Thank you, Mac Myers, for being wise in recognizing that “there was insufficient evidence to go forward.” Josh knew the truth and told the truth. We are so proud of him!
Karen Theken Meskin and Michael Meskin
