Dear Editor:The family of Lisa Ann Morgan, who was killed in Snowmass on Feb. 15, wants to send a thank you to her dear friends, the Snowmass Club, Timberline, the police department, the D.A.’s office and the whole community for their love and support through this difficult time.We truly know why Lisa loved the place she lived in and felt honored to call it home. After meeting the people she cared about so deeply, we understand why she loved it so much. We will miss her dearly, but have comfort in knowing she touched so many of your hearts. With state golf in Aspen, AHS girls see opportunity to showcase rising program
Long a team that was nothing more than an afterthought during the spring, Aspen High School girls golf is suddenly thriving and now is set to host the 3A state championship on Tuesday and Wednesday at Aspen Golf Club.
