Thanks to Skico staff

Dear Editor:

I want to publicly thank the Aspen Skiing Co. personnel I interacted with at the Gondola Plaza and at the Rubey Park bus station during the ski seasons of 2010-11 and 2011-12. Their companionship, their conversations, their problem-solving approaches, their good manners, their intelligence, their creativity, their inspiring words and much more are dearly appreciated by me.

What I learned at the Gondola Plaza and at the Rubey Park bus station added to my business-operations exposure and my knowledge of ski-resort operations along with my extensive knowledge of moneyed-customer marketing research. Old Man Rockefeller’s ghost, I am certain, is a little jealous of me.

Give three cheers to the fabulous Skico personnel I have come to know, whom if I was their boss I would make millionaires and millonairesses like John D. Rockefeller Sr. did with folks before I walked this earth.

Oh, Beverly Hills, Hollywood and the motion-picture studios – call me. Can’t you hear them yelling, “Action!”?

I can! And so does Terry Butler, of the Residence Hotel in Aspen.
